To help us protect your data and handle your device safely, please:
Back up your data where possible — we are not responsible for any data loss during repair.
Log out or disable passwords if safe to do so, or provide temporary access for testing (if needed).
Remove SIM cards, memory cards, and any personal accessories (unless part of the issue).
Clean the device if it's visibly dirty or has signs of liquid exposure.
If mailing in, package the device securely with padding to avoid damage in transit.
💵 Payment Info:
A $30 diagnostic fee applies if your device is non-repairable or you choose not to proceed with the repair after fault diagnosis.
If you go ahead with the repair, this fee is waived completely — you’ll only pay the quoted repair cost.
No work will begin without your approval.
